Vintage & Pre-Owned Condition

Unless otherwise stated, all items sold by MORETHAN are pre-owned and vintage pieces, not brand-new merchandise.

We make every reasonable effort to accurately photograph and describe the condition of each item, including visible signs of age, patina, oxidation, scratches, hardware wear, leather or material variation, discoloration, creasing, surface wear, and other characteristics associated with previous use.

These characteristics are part of the nature and individuality of vintage goods and are not considered defects when disclosed in the product photographs, videos, or description.

Please note that photographs and videos may not capture every minor detail, texture, color variation, or sign of wear exactly as it appears in person.

We encourage customers to review all product photographs, videos, measurements, and condition details carefully before purchase. If you have any questions about the condition of an item, or would like to see additional close-up photos or videos, please contact us before or after placing your order through our customer service email or WeChat.

We are happy to provide additional condition details whenever available.

Authenticity Guarantee

MORETHAN guarantees that every designer item we sell is authentic.

Before shipment, items are reviewed for authenticity and, where applicable, authenticated through a professional U.S.-based luxury resale authentication service or authentication center.

Our authentication process may include evaluation of materials, craftsmanship, hardware, stitching, logos and markings, serial or date codes, construction details, and other brand-specific characteristics.

If there is ever a legitimate concern regarding the authenticity of an item purchased from MORETHAN, please contact us with your order information and supporting documentation.

If an item is conclusively determined to be not authentic, MORETHAN will provide a full refund of the purchase price and applicable charges, regardless of our Final Sale policy. We will also review the circumstances of the transaction and provide any additional remedy required by applicable law.

Resolution of Approved Claims

If we determine that an item was materially misrepresented, incorrectly shipped, or damaged in transit, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund, replacement where possible, or another mutually agreed solution.

Because many MORETHAN pieces are one-of-a-kind, replacement inventory may not always be available.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the one-of-a-kind and pre-owned nature of our pieces, all purchases from MORETHAN are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, fit, color preference, or normal signs of vintage wear.

We carefully photograph and describe each piece so that you can review its condition, measurements, materials, and visible signs of wear before purchasing. Vintage and pre-owned items naturally carry characteristics of age and previous use, and these are part of the individuality of each piece.

Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged in transit, incorrect, or materially different from the listing, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery.

Your request should include:

* Your order number
* Clear photographs of the item
* Photographs of the original packaging and shipping label
* A description of the issue
* Any additional documentation reasonably requested by us

Please retain all original packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

Security Tag

For any after-sales claim to be considered, the MORETHAN security tag must remain attached and intact. Items with a removed, altered, or detached security tag may not be eligible for review.
